UBER RESEARCH PLAN

In my advertising and public relations research course at UNC, I gained experience in communications and company branding.  I completed a 19-page research plan for Uber to increase brand loyalty and brand trust through customer relations. I utilized both Mintel and Ebscohost research platforms to gather information on how a company regains trust. In the plan, I explained how I would conduct a focus group, interview, and participant observations to gain valuable insights along with a Qualtrics survey with questions from previously successful branding studies.  My research is presented below and available to download.
