Throughout my years at UNC, I became particularly interested in the pressing societal issue of eating disorders.  This cruel, yet silent mental illness is sweeping the nation and is only becoming more prevalent with the development of social media.  Children and adults, both men and women, have fell victim to this terrible life-altering disease. I have personally seen friends and family members fall apart at the hands of this monstrous disease.  The news articles, infographics, and a video below are my way of spreading awareness.  The deliverables below offer advice for those struggling with eating disorders and advice for those who do not know how to approach one with an eating disorder.
